[ALOCHONA] White House Initiative on Asian American and Pacific Islanders

Dear All:

White House Initiative on Asian American and Pacific Islanders (WHAAPI) has hosted several meetings to commemorate May as Asian American and Pacific Islander heritage month. Among the celebrations, two events were significant where I have attended last week, Breakfast Meeting hosted the White House Commission on AAPI and White House Leaders briefing meeting.

“The video on White House Leaders Briefing is posted on: http://bit.ly/mLsu9W. Plesae visit www.whitehouse.gov/aapi and download the report entitled, "Winning the Future: President' Obama's Agenda and the AAPI Community," to learn about what the federal government is doing to improve the quality of life of AAPIs across the country.”
