you say Mulla Maududi It shows you can not write academically. My earlier  answer would have  sufficedif you wanted guidance and truth.You are fighting a lost battle.Inkare hadith ( Rejection of hadith) in the past have lost, none follows them except you and some people like you out of more than 1.5 billion Muslims.

 

A Zaif Hadith if the content passes textual examination can be quoted in support of Sahih materials.

 

Maulana Maududi and many other scholars of later generations have not accepted the claim of Sahih of early Muhaddisun in some cases. Still the 99 percent of Hadith of Sahih  Muslim, Sahih  Bukhari, Sahih Ibn Hibban, Sahih Ibn Khuzaimah are considered Sahih by all scholars. This is a large body of about ten thousand uncontested sahih Hadith.These are the basis of Shariah along with the Quran.

All are requested to study Usul al Fiqh (particularly chapter on Sunnah)(attached)

You agree that there is no consensus as to which hadiths are sahih and which ones are Zaif!!  You tell the truth. Thank you.  That’s why different sects in Islam are fighting and killing each other. Are you going to make your own definition of Sahih or Zaif/weak hadith?! Mullah Mawdudi, for instance, accepted many weak hadiths and rejected many Sahih hadiths!! That is absolutely ridiculous!! It is as if the religion of Islam as per mullah Mawdudi is a game of chance!!  Did you read some of his write-ups about it? Now you come up with a different theory! No shortage of theories of those fanatic hadith followers to justify their hadith following!   Taliban, Al-Qaeda, JMB, IOJ, Jamaat etc. all are hadith following fanatics. We cannot allow those people to make Bangladesh into another Afghanistan or Pakistan where no human being’s life or property is secured.
