With grief but faith in you all, I am requesting that we should have a 'men-chain' in front of Indian Embassy to show our concern on this subject as well as the subject of Tipaimukh, Farakah, Teesta as soon as possible. We should also make a delegation to the congressman (foreign relation committe chair) to show our concern and ask their intervention as our government is little or nothing.
Please discuss with each and everybody you know (Bangladeshi) and show your support in this regard. Together we will be able to show down our concern to the Indian Government through the Embassy here.
As I am new in this city, I have little or no connection to the community at large. I am receptive to any and all suggestion in this regard.

A disturbing video that has now been accessed by the media including NDTV shows what appears to be a group of jawans beating up a young man ruthlessly near the Bangladesh border after he allegedly refused to give them a bribe. The victim is seen on the ground with his hands and feet tied as the men in uniform torture and strip him.
