I find it hard to believe that a ruling party will deliberately create chaos in the country, which will negatively impact on the government's image and the economic activities in the country. As far as I know, Ilyas Ali was a second grade leader. How could he become the prime target of the ruling Party? It does not add up. By looking at activities and listening to speeches of the BNP leaderships, especially Khaleda Zia, I have lost all respect for this party. The people who run this party always go for the lowest level of political acts, such as, disruptions and destructions (Hartal, Strike, Road March, etc.). They don't care about the plights of the affected people, let alone the country. They are the kings of disruptions and destructions. I have never seen anywhere such a dirty political atmosphere as it exists in Bangladesh today. Bangladeshi political environment is filled with dirty political gimmicks. People are being absconded left and right. This is a dangerous political game. This type of tactic is used by the political tyrants only, not in a democratic political environment. Then again, BNP does not want to go to power through democratic processes also. They want to go to power through revolution instead. I do not think - politicians in Bangladesh know that democratic system requires certain political sophistication and manner. What we are witnessing in Bangladesh are the lowest of the low.
