Re: [mukto-mona] BBC - Whose Christmas is it anyway? [Facts]

"Mithras, the Roman God of light on December 25." - Please stand corrected, Mithras was the Persian Sun-God.   Even the word 'God' is of Persian origin.  Only thing Nordic in Christmas is Santa Clause, a reborn Odin really.  There is no convincing historicity in the existence of Jesus.  He is a little more than a myth.
