Home Minister's Comment on Building Collapse...
How deep the insanity of our nation has gone down one can now easily guess from the recent comment by the Home Minister of this country. Now doubt Jamat-Shibir has done and will do a lot of vandalisms in the country, but it does not mean for the sake of entangling someone eyesore a minister having doctorate degree and experience of government job would pass a comment which turns utterly ridiculous. Is he making a frantic and insane effort to save his party-man?!
It seems from his comment that Rana Plaza was founded on some bamboo stalks and a couple of Jamat-Shibir men could just bring them down with ease. Even an absolute duffer in his life would see that when a building needs to be brought down, a host of men require some heavy tools to hammer it down. It may be true that the pillars of Rana Plaza got wobble due to inappropriate construction, but it does not mean that a couple of Jamat-Shibir men would go to shake them to make it collapse. Even a duffer will know that (for the argument's sake) if he shakes the building by the pillar it will get collapsed on his head. If the Home Minister's comment is taken as true then definitely a couple of Jamat-Shibir corpses would be found underneath the pillars. Please find them out to prove your comments, Home Minister.
In fact the comment of the Home Minister on the collapse of Rana Plaza reflects how the political party he belongs to has become super-autocratic and intellectually bankrupt. It seems we are living in a Tsarist State and our only pleasure is to find out what would satisfy our Queen's psyche. I strongly feel that if Sheikh Hasina can identify herself as intellectually educated then she should send the Home Minister to a sanatorium for immediate treatment – the reason being that only an insane or drunk person will have the courage and fancy to speak this way. And if that person is at the helm of an important ministry like Home, it automatically becomes mandatory to send him to a sanatorium, because by getting him recovered a ministry like Home will speak more responsibly in future, and at the same time, it will recover the image of the ministry as well.
Madam Prime Minister please don't waste time to take a prudent decision – better late than never. Please find out all these sorts of insane politicians like the Home Minister of your party and send them to a sanatorium for turning them normal human beings to function normally.
