'বাবুনগরী'

সেদিন শহরের শাপলা ফুলটাকে
অযুত-লক্ষ বাবুনগরীর সমাবেশে
চাঁদ-তারা বানানোর চেষ্টা করা হলো - ১৩ টি বেত্রাঘাতে
শাপলা ফুলটা এখন মুমূর্ষু অবস্থায় পরে আছে
'মুক্তির মন্দির সোপানতলে' নামের এক উঠতি ক্লিনিকে
বেলা পরে যাওয়ার পর 
কালো রঙের মাস্ক পরে রাজু ভাস্কর্য আর শহীদ মিনার
গিয়েছিল নগরীর প্রধান ফুলটাকে দেখতে
রাস্তাঘাট ভয়ানক এক-রঙ্গা বিবর্ণ লাগছিল 
অবাধে নারীর বা অন্য ধর্মের লোকদের চলাচল সীমিত হয়ে গেছে
পৌছার পর দেখে
শাপলা ফুলটা  নিজ হাতে অনেক কষ্টে পথ্য সেবন করছে
ঔষধের গায়ে লেবেল লাগানো আছে - 'রাজাকারের ফাঁসি চাই, মৌলবাদের ঠাঁই নাই  '
