Re: [mukto-mona] VIDEO: GRAB ONTO THE GUN, AND THE SWORD, AND DO YOUR JOB - BOSTON IMAM ...

QR: "Islam does NOT permit anyone to punish another person for not being a Muslim. It does NOT !!"

I am not talking about 'punishment,' but "hate," for not being Muslim. Those derogatory words "infidel," "kafir," and  "Malaun" were introduced just to serve this purpose. Isn't it? I wish people, like you, could understand the point instead of brushing off such criticisms. These are not fictitious criticisms.  The word "Malaun" is equivalent to "Niger" as the racial slur. These words have purposes and emotional effects on peoples' psyche.

Even though most Hindus follow "Jato Mot Tato Path (As many opinions - that many ways)," but that does not prevent communal hate-mongers among them. The cause for this is not coming from the temple; it's coming from the "turf-fight" between religions. However, I blame religion for inducing hate among Hindus through various caste systems. No denying about it.

QR: "Once we get past the "Breaking news" cycle, we'll know what is the REAL reason for this act. I am very interested to know the "Cause" behind it."

You should remember – these boys were not like this until they got involved in religion. I think, I know at least one of the causes for such acts of Boston-bombers, and it is in the subject of this discussion thread – "Re: [mukto-mona] VIDEO: GRAB ONTO THE GUN, AND THE SWORD, AND DO YOUR JOB - BOSTON IMAM ..."

I am just trying to analyze facts, no intention to deliberately target any religion.

Thanks.

The fallacy is in the interpretation of the term "innocent." People outside of Islam are all - infidels, and there are reprimands for being an infidel. So, they are not "innocent" in the eye of Islam.

>>>>>>>>>>> You are wrong on this one. Islam does NOT permit anyone to punish another person for not being a Muslim. It does NOT !!

You are welcome to contact any educated Islamic scholars about it. Considering the recent incidents, it may help to remove some misunderstanding.

Their mother did not approve of their life-styles; she forced them to commit to Islam. The older one did comply fully, and became a regular Mosque-goer. He severed contact with all his friends, and became isolated. He lost purpose in life. Frustrations set in. He once said – "I have no American friend, and I do not know why I am here." His mother, now, blames America for her sons' acts.

>>>>>>>>> Once we get past the "Breaking news" cycle, we'll know what is the REAL reason for this act. I am very interested to know the "Cause" behind it. Since most Muslims from that part of the world are very pro-American.

If you look into millions of "Immigrant households" across America, you will hear discussions like, "I do not know why I am here". Since many immigrants have harder time to absorb "American culture". I have spoken to some Americans who have eastern European background. They told me that, during 60's (Cold war era) they had hard time mixing with American main stream. They were always treated with some "Questions marks". During the 80's Iranian Americans faced similar issue. Now Muslims from many parts of the world are facing similar issues.

It seems coming days will be harder for most American Muslims but I am sure once we find out the real reason for such an insanity, we can rest easier.

I am not yet sure why would someone from that part of the world have to go "Crazy" like this.

I have been to mosques all my life and NEVER I heard anyone supporting such mass killings. So I would advise you to wait a bit longer to understand the issue first.

If people fail to diagnose the effects of religious brainwashing correctly, they are destined to fall victim of it. The lesson is – heavy doses of religious brainwashing could kill rational cognitive thinking abilities of a human being.

>>>>>>>>>>> You probably do not know that, most mosques in (post 9-11 America) are constantly monitored by various agencies (Local police, FBI, state agencies etc). Even many Muslims are consistently monitored.

I know Islam bashing will be the new obsession for a while in America but FACTS will prevail in the long run. There are plenty of lunatics in America who run out with blazing guns and attack civilians. Vast majority of them NEVER visited any mosques.

I think one of the reports mentioned that the older brother (The mosque going one) was actually questioned by one of the agencies and he was cleared by them.

It is very upsetting event and I hope we'll find out the reasons behind such madness.

Shalom!

All religious clans hate one another. It's a fight for the turf, just like supporters of two competing teams do in the sport arena.

We often hear – Islam forbids killing of innocent people; it sounds good; isn't it? But, that's not stopping the killing of innocent by-standards by bombs around the world? Terrorists also know that it is un-Islamic to kill innocent people? Then, why it still happens?

The Boston-bombers were all-American kids until he started to seek religion. The older one wanted to be a boxer; the younger one was a sophomore in a college. They used to party with friends, like any normal American kids. Their mother did not approve of their life-styles; she forced them to commit to Islam. The older one did comply fully, and became a regular Mosque-goer. He severed contact with all his friends, and became isolated. He lost purpose in life. Frustrations set in. I am confused with Dr. Roy's statement, "all religions teach hatred, no matter what scriptures teach."

Scriptures are the religions. You might say all religious clanships (and other clanships) teach hatred. You can also say that all God-fearing religions also preach some hatred, with varying nature and extent. Of course, people who are too brainwashed with religious stupidity are likely to identify themselves in terms of their religious clanships; thus effectively forming hate-groups.

As for Allah's grace and disgrace, let us not bring that into the world of rational discussions.

Thank you.
So Hindus are accused of deprived of Allah's grace, and Muslims are the most favorite people of Allah. Then why - Allah's most favorite people are in trouble everywhere, and Allah's hated people are doing just fine. Something is not adding up. Are you sure that's the meaning of Malaun? I think Malaun means quite the opposite. That's why Malauns always spring back in spite of all atrocities and discriminations on them; how else can you explain this phenomenon in Bangladesh?
Kidding aside, all religions teach hatred, no matter what scriptures teach. Games do not teach hatred, yet fans fight and die for the party.
