This is what I wrote in response to Dr. Jiten Roy's comments:
"All the questions you have asked are valid with me.
Just look at the nonsense in today's newspapers:
http://bdnews24.com/bangladesh/2013/07/14/34th-bcs-pass-count-goes-up
The Public Service Commission has increased the pass counts to 46,250!
Is this BCS exam or BS (bull shit) exam? In our school years we had the perception that an ICS (Indian Civil Service) or a CSP (Civil Service of Pakistan) officer was an exceptionally smart person.
With 46,250 passing the written preliminary examination, which is less corruptible than the next phases (such as the oral exam), what do we have? Cows, goats, lambs and donkeys are up for the next phases of consideration in the BCS exams! And make no mistake, some of those cows, goats, lambs and donkeys are going to be finally chosen to be Civil Service officers of Bangladesh, via declared and undeclared (connection with irresponsible and corrupt politicians) quotas.
I see darker days ahead for Bangladesh."
