Hope Mr. Q. Rahman's prognosis will go wrong and AL will honor the aspiration of the Shahbag movement. Personally I don't want AL to mix more Islam into its politics. Medina Charter also should not replace the ideal secular policy although Islamists may be persuaded by taking the position that the modern secular policy is not inconsistent with the Medina Charter. This means that the Medina Charter must not be specifically mentioned in the constitution the same way as the state and the Koranic ayat have become parts of the constitution.

Let us not get into personal attack. Even if you do not like his ideas, I think we should be tolerant of ideas from him.
As I said before, as time approaches next election our government will try to stay away from Shahbag movement more and will re-new it's fondness for Islam. However this is just a start, I have a feeling we'll hear more on this. Many probably forgot that, our country may be following the Medina charter in future as well. At the same time, I would hope our administration will be upholding our right to free speech same time. As long people are not promoting violence, we should not stop them from sharing their ideas.
Even if some people do not like our PM, we have to remember she was elected in last election. Let us hope she will continue to uphold our democratic rights by holding a fair election soon and continue our march towards democracy (This was the life work of Bangabandhu).
