I understand you are a moderator of the Diagnose@yahoogroups.com which is operated from the United States of America. Please correct me if I am wrong. I believe you are in compliance with the federal, state and local laws and regulations while acting as a moderator.
With that, I want to bring your kind attention that you as a moderator should neither take side of any political party of a foreign country (such as, Bangladesh Awami League), approve, write or post any biased message which harts the feelings of the members of the "Diagnose" email group unless you give chance to express their opinions. Also, you should not disapprove or reject any message/response of the Diagnose group member from posting who has "fundamental rights" to express opinion as long as he or she abides the laws and regulation of the land.
