1. Last one first. The present regime is virtually is kind of one party rule. Mujib did not get 10 years---true. If Hasina gets full 5 years, are we expecting big positive change in our psyche? There is nothing wrong in hoping though.
2. "Force feed"! Sounds too autocratic. Who are these potential eaters? Common people or those who are parasites? If the latter group is the target, that's a different thing.
3. Our people love to worry about religion and afterlife! Not common people at least. They have other priorities. They have basic needs to fulfill. They are religious no doubt. But they have hardly any time to spend time on religion.

You are right on, Saif!Problem with Bangladesh is - its democratic system; democracy among mostly ignorant, uneducated, and under-educated people, who love to spend most of their lives worrying about religion and afterlife. They have no time to think about what's good for the country.I do not think - such people will pay attention to your warnings about the future of the country. You need to force-feed them anything good, just like mothers do to their children. Democratic system is really not for such populace. You are right about - North Korean system; it will work just fine in Bangladesh to stop corruption and political unruliness. Actually, Bongabondhu was right also to introduced one-party rule at the beginning. I wish he could rule for 10 more years with his one-party rule; Bangladesh would have been ready for democracy now.
