Jamat islam JI was campaigning in 1994-96 that it is against the religion to put woman at the top of leadership; then they formed govt with that woman as their leader in 2001. The top leaders of JI know what they want, if an atheist like Dr Younis (or hindu or jew ) can help them to power they will be all for him. Now the average supporter has to realize this argument of  the religious  party is a self serving crap, and that is destroying the mind and future of young BD citizen in the process.

People who moved to the non muslim majority countries and support JI's arguments has to justify why they are not hypocrites like JI leaders. The diktat of religion not universal or what. If it is ok in US or UK then it is ok in BD. One Shibir worker moved to US. To get get green card he got married to a jewish woman in PA . His answer to a friend .taunting his conviction in faith was Allah doesn't understand english. He is back to JI fold again. Those who are arguing for JI stands are not much different than above former shibir. I see these jamatee positions are affront to decency and only serves JI top leadership. Golam Azam (JI amir) family maintains many assets in California, some of it paid by ershad (1985) with stolen fund from Govt.

JI average supporter needs to ask themselves are their religion is to serve interest of religious leader or humanity.
