Our Bangladeshi labor force working abroad is causing our social problems. Perhaps it will be better if we just export only the really skilled labour force abroad. Government is just following a selfish policy.
The people in our country should be encouraged to work in the country. Our Government is selfishly donating our labour force to the foreign countries by getting some hard currencies and thereby depriving the nation.
The Bangladeshi workers should be required, on their return to the country, to re-settle in their point of original domicile. The people should be required to stay at their point of origin only.
For entry to any city area they should be required to pay a monthly entry fee. Such system exists in different forms in China, USA, France, Germany and many other developed countries. Those who are holding service in the non-domicile areas must get such allowances from their employers. This will raise more than sufficient fund for keeping the urban areas neat, clean and organized.
If such a situation is created then will come up better growth, discipline and development. As to the family planning it will come up naturally from the root level of the people.
Today the people know very well how to do it. The Government should make it free and economized. The Government should start giving special allowances for holding a small family up to the retirement age. Coercive methods will not help.
