[ALOCHONA] Re: Awami League should change its Name

I simply cannot understand why people are so concerned about names and
languages. A live language can adopt any word from any other language.
What is wrong with that? I have heard many phareses from other languages
even from Urdu being quoted in our parliment. Mr. Sajjad Hussain is
confused as ever and trying in vain to confuse others. We are not
against Urdu as a language and we were never against Urdu as a language.
We were opposed to it as Urdu was being imposed on us though we had and
we have our own language.

Mr. Sajjad, have you ever considered your own name. What language is it
and what it means. I know for some reason or other you are allergic to
Awami League. But give us a break and don't bring up these small petty
matters. I believe you are smart enough to think beyond that.

Regards

Shafiq Ahmad

a word in Bangla BHaashaa to replace it?

eyes for Bangladesh, Bangla Bhasha. They always call their opponents
Razakar, Pakistan Panthi, Urdu lover, etc. But if look at the Party
Name, the first word picked up from Urdu and the second one from
"English". Now tell me are they not the Razakar? What a Bengali lover!
Shame!
