On the other side, the BNP’s demonstration was led by the US unit president, Abdul Latif Samrat, the acting general secretary, Mostafa Kamal Pasha Babu, and vice-president Gias Ahmed, JASAS general secretary Golam Faruk Saheen and another faction of the BNP led by its vice-president Solaiman Bhuiyan and general secretary Zillur Rahman Zillu.
