[ALOCHONA] Burqa can't be forced: High Court

What about a Fine on whoever enforces Borqah on his Wife, Mother, Aunt, Daughter or Sister like Police in France?
Doesn't Government want to earn some money also?
.
FACTS:
.
* In Europe, almost all countries have banned Borqah and have imposed heavy fines if some Female is found Borqah-clad.
* Almost all Western European countries are passing laws to fine any Moslim forcing Borqah on any Female.
* In France, actually a Moslim from Algeria was denied Nationality because it was found that he had forced Borqah on his wife and she did not wear Borqah before marrying him in Algeria. He had forced her to wear Borqah after he had gotten her in France.
* Some Borqah-clad Moslims have been found to be robbing Banks in Canada and Europe.
* In Pakisitan, Borqah-clad Islamic Terrorist riding behind on Motor Cycle while the other Terrorist driving, hides Machine Gun in Borqah. Motor Cycle only slows down a bit to empty 30 round Cartridge of Machine Gun. Such Drive-By shootings are common in Pakistan.
* Borqah Hidden Drive By Machine Gun shootings were invented in Pakistan after Police had started stopping everybody to check for weapons in troubled areas. Since Police did not bother checking any Motor Cyclist with a Borqah-clad riding on back seat, it became very easy for Islamic Terrorists to go through Police Check Posts.
