[ALOCHONA] Invitation To A Friday Public Prayer

YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED TO OUR FRIDAY PUBLIC PRAYER, IN SOLIDARITY WITH OUR BRAVE BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN THE LANDS OF DICTATORS. THIS PUBLIC PRAYER IS ORGANIZED BY MASJID AL IMAN AND ISLAMIC LEADERSHIP SCHOOL, BOTH IN THE BRONX.

 

THIS SOLIDARITY PRAYER WILL TAKE PLACE ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2011 FROM 12:30-1:30PM AT:

 

AL IMAN COMMUNITY CENTER

2006 WESTCHESTER AVENUE,

BRONX, NEW YORK 10462

 

Without a doubt, there is no better time to rid the rogue nations of dictatorships than now. Because of today's nuclear-ready capabilities, briefcase hide able bio chemicals, idiot religious fanatics with technological know-how and an extreme global haves and have nots- the ever-widening wealth gap which causes desperate citizens to take harmful actions. Saddam Hussein, for example, had nine Palaces, while Multi-billionaire Hosni Mubarak, who had groomed his baby-dictator-to be-son, wanted to complete his centurion dynasty through him. No wonder the longest serving king in the world was an Egyptian dictator.

 

This public sermon will be given to elaborate the following 4 topics using the Qurnic Verses below:

 

1. Change
2. Dictatorship
3. Greed, and
4. Standing for Justice

 

These questions are to be raised in the sermon

 

1.      How many western political leaders have become billionaires because of their political offices?

2.      How did political leaders in poor nations become billionaires?

3.      Where the wealth of the least developed nations' leaders are invested?

4.      Who are helping these corrupted leaders with their lootings?

5.      Is the West culpable for the corruption, dictatorships?

6.      Is the United Nations relevant in the least developed nations?

 

Thank God, the Muslim Youth have finally been awakened to remove their future out of our dictators' corrupt hands and to be able to enjoy the universally God-given rights- the right to be free.

 

The following Holy Quranic verse is clearly on the side of this new Dictator-free Revolution:

Verily, never will God change the condition of a people until they change it themselves. 13:11

 

Most of our dictators call themselves Muslims and use the religion whenever it helps their deceitful maneuvering, and yet completely ignore the following Quranic commandment, a book they all profess to follow:

 

And take not your oaths, to practice deception between yourselves, with the result that someone's foot may slip after it was firmly planted, and ye may have to taste the evil (consequences) of having hindered (men) from the Path of God, and a Mighty Wrath descend on you. 16:94

 

The reason why there are dictators leading Middle Eastern and many of our African Nations can be found in this verse of the Holy Quran:

 

Fair in the eyes of men is the love of things they covet: Women and sons; Heaped-up hoards of gold and silver; horses branded (for blood and excellence); and (wealth of) cattle and well-tilled land. Such are the possessions of this world's life; but in nearness to God is the best of the goals (To return to). 3:14

 

The justification for removing dictators from all nations, like what the brave youths are doing in the corrupted Muslim nations these days, can also be found in the following Quranic Verse:

O ye who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to God, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for God can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest ye swerve, and if ye distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily God is well- acquainted with all that ye do. 4:135
