A couple of rumors (insider information!) that were hovering in the atmosphere of Dhaka city. Please don't ask for proofs. If you don't believe, simply reject. Those who had a little bit of political conscious time spent in Dhaka city during early seventies might also have heard these rumors.
1. Mujib asked Tajuddin, "Why are you such a staunch pro-Indian?" (india torey kee dekhaichhe?)
2. He said to Bhasani, "Hujur, say some thing. I can't take it any more!) After that Bhasani launched anti-India movements.
Precaution: These all could be rumors spread by AL enemies. There were nasty jokes involving Mujib that were going around in various circles.

Your information about Bongotaj Tajuddin Ahmed was totally wrong and baseless. Tajuddin was sacked because he appealed to Prersident Sheikh Mujibor Rahjman to form all partry government to settle national problems.
SheikhMujib disagreed with Tajuddin's advise and sacked Tajuddin without any delay. Since his death Tajuddin never received any Ministry. I agree that Tajuddin was pro-Indian like most other senior Awami League
leaders except Khundaker Mushtaque Ahmed. It's true that all government ( Awami League of BNP) become more pro-Indian while in power but BNP become anti-Indian (at least openly)while in poosition, Awami League remain India-Friendly always because of their minority vote bank issue.Although minorities never received their share in power by BNP or even Awami League proportionatelt. How many Hindu Minister or Ambassador was apponinted by current Hasina regime. Number is only 2 definitely not anough.

Facts will be facts always and THANK YOU Mr. Subimal for sharing this with rest of us as a reminder. Unfortunately some like Mr. Mohiuddin Anwar can not accept the facts due to their ideaology or some hatered. These people will always look into everything with one-eye; keep on repeating LIES to get some tracktion or acceptability or atleasy muddy the water. They tried to re-write history of Bangladesh for over 36 years to date after assasination of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Though not successful, they keep on going like energizer bunny. It's like severe drug additcts; no matter what you tell them with reasons and therapy, they keep on going for the DRUGS. Mohiuddin Anwar and his like minded ones keeps on spreading lies in the name of ISLAM which is really horrible and extremely hypocritic. I respect religious people very much; but these breeds are not religious at all. They just use religion to justify or hide their crime. We have seen their ugly faces during our independence war when they justified killing and Raping of innocent Bengalies (Muslim, Hind, Buddist, Christian or whoever was for independence of Bangladesh). They would give FATWA to justify their crime. These are no human; they are enemy of humanity. Not to mention give bad names to religion. In democracy we all have our own political choices and that is normal. But when radical criminals use religion, that is dangerous; we must stand against these beasts. This is a trend in all over the world unfortunately and these radicals are in every religion more or less.
