(2) Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from the University of Texas, Arlington, USA

(3) Bachelor of Science in computer science, physics and mathematics  from Bangalore University, India . 

Harvard MPA is a mid-career degree for Executive Education. 

It is not an external program. One year residency is required. 

This MPA is designed to increase the knowledge and skills 

of well established, high-performing professionals, who seek to 

enhance their public service careers to a leadership position

in the public or non-profit sectors. 

The Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government is 

a top most School of Public Administration in the world.

Your statements that this MPA is an external program 

and  "anyone can get that degree as long as they have the money"

are also conspicuously lies and discernible.
