What some mobile companies are doing is sheer deception and cheating

Assalamu Alaikum. Some mobile companies have introduced a program which has been named Magic voice. It can convert boy's voice into girl's voice and girl's voice into boy's voice. The objective is to deceive primarily
girls and those guardians who want to oversee the behavior of their young girls/ boys.

What we can call this except deception, cheating and fraud. This will surely harm girls who will unwittingly get involved in undesirable relationships .This will also help cheat guardians. Should such action or program of mobile companies (some mobile sets have also inbuilt facility like this) be condoned.?

I ask the government to take action against all these companies.
