Please exclude me from this list. I knew Humayun Azad quite well. As a colleague at Dhaka University, we agreed and disagreed with each other a lot. He was not my role model but I simply condone his killing (for that matter, killing of any human being or harmless animals), which was nothing but a fascist way of behaviour. Look! what Pakistan is going through -- the story is not finished yet -- people are killing each other only because their victims belonged to a different faith or did not believe in any religion. Those who condone the killing of Humayun Azad should know (should read some history of fascism) those who you kill have friends, admirers and ardent supporters who can also resort to killing you and your own people. And this is what we call civil war. Bangladesh cannot afford one.I did not like Abid Bahar's language used against Farida Apa and I also don't like Farida Apa's using some adjectives to denigrate Abid bahar either.Take care and learn to live in peace with yourselves and each other. Which means, I completely disagree with those (H)indu fanatics/extremists and (H)indu lovers, who want to turn our Muslim Bangladesh into a state of Hindustan. It's great that we got rid of this rubbish called H. Azad..HA...ha....ha........ Both in person and in writing, he was simply rubbish. No sensible person could keep the books of this Lafanga in the personal bookse as it cannot be shared with children at home.
