No Mr Turkman, it was in the partition plan accepted by Congress and Muslim League that minorities would remain in their respective countries.This was known to Muslims who were living in provinces which had Hindu majority. Even then they supported Pakistan so that in majority Muslim provinces Muslims may have their own governments. etc

Yeah and you can not blame Ancestors of 200 million Moslims in India for not emigrating to Pakistan either. You can not blame them for being happy that their Ancestors had not after learning, what happened to them in Pakistan and Bangladesh and continues to happen either even after 64 years.
