Mr Turkman is truly ignorant and emotional. In Ayoub Khan’s time Jamaat was banned and many leaders were arrested but the Supreme Court declared the ban illegal and all the leaders were released. No charge of treason or anything else was proved.

Mr Turkman should give exact quote of Altad Gauhar.He can not say that because no death penalty was given in Ayoub Khans time to Maulana Maududi..

Forget about all this. In General Ayub rule of Pakistan, Molaana MoDooDi and his entourage was arrested for Treason against Pakistan for their subversive activities against Govt. of Pakistan and despite that they had top Lawyers to defend them, they had lost in Court.
