Looks like the Sri Lankan government is not involved in this conspiracy. Before going to the world bodies, the victims may first lodge their complaints to the Sri Lankan government.
Cyber space is full of hate mongering websites. In net-based heinous activities almost all major religious groups are involved and one is worse than the other.
Even if we look at the contemporary history we see that nonviolence philosophy of neither Jesus Christ nor Gautam Buddha has been successful in making the Christians and Buddhists nonviolent in their political endeavors. In first and second world wars and post second world war aggressions, killings, and plundering, mostly Christian majority countries were the villains. Buddhist majority country Japan was an exception. Later on we have seen brutalities in Buddhist majority countries like Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, etc. I see thousands of Hindu refugees driven out of Buddhist Bhutan currently taking asylum in America.
Let me say a little bit about Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka opened door for Indian Tamils for working in their tea gardens. Even after living in Sri Lanka for generations, they were refused constitutional rights to live with honor along with the rest of the Sri Lankans. We have seen the rise of Pravakaran and many other groups detrmined to establish their rights. We have also seen how brutally (indiscriminate bombings of Tamil areas were a part of the Sri Lankan government's anti-LTTE campaign) the movements were suppressed.

ASA. Please see the attached anti Islamic propoganda by the Budhists in Sri Lanka. I had already sent horrible pictures of mass killings of Muslims of Burma living in Arakan Province near Bangla Desh. Our leaders, intellingentsia, media, press, TVs, Ulemas and Masajid should come forward to condemn this mass slaughter of Muslims in Burma and anti Islamic campaign in Sri Lanka and make a petition to UN and Red Cross International, Switzerland to save the Muslims and give them food and shelter with a strict warning to these countries to desist from such slaughter of Muslims and anti islamic propoganda. Our numerous welfare agencies should undertake to help the helpless Muslims of Burma and our Masajid should send the Zakat and donation collection to provide relief to the Muslim victims by diverting the funds of Masjid building and improvement/decoration work. Life is more important in Islam. Saving a life is like saving the whole humanity (Surah Al Maida 5; Ayath 32). Every good deed performed is multiplied by Allah as a reward (Surah An Nisa 4; Ayath 40). Thanks.
