Calling Ms. Majid a closet fundamentalist and a pro-Pakistani is a complete distortion of fact. I read everyone's writing in this forum. To me it seems that she is a highly secular and progressive person with strong believe in the spirit of Muktijuddho, Anyone  'should stop bragging on her grasp on anything and do a little more homework, otherwise her ignorance will be exposed' - it is true for more than one person in this forum.   Vidya dadati vinayang (true only for real vidyans) - firstime I heard it was (when I was in class IV or V) from Mr. Nirod Vihari Chowdhury (do not remember how he actually spelled his name) , Headmaster of Prabartak Vidyapith, Chittagong in '60s. I carry a Bangla name, but never preach Hinduism. I don't even believe that there ever existed a religion called Hinduism and avoid all religious festivals. The Persians called the brown skinned people on the south Hindus, and even Sir Syed Ahmed Khan called himself a Hindu by culture and a Muslim in religion. Ms. Majid should stop bragging on her grasp on anything and do a little more homework, otherwise her ignorance will be exposed.
