Dear Friends,

I would like to invite you to a very important rally to oppose the recent violent attacks on Buddhist monks and temples in Bangladesh.   We will show our support to the Bangladesh Buddhist community (Buddhism is one of several minority traditions in Bangladesh).   A flyer is attached.

We will gather Friday, October 5th, from 2pm to 5pm, (come anytime you can) on Dag Hammerskjold Plaza, 1st Avenue at 47th Street, near the United Nations.  If you would like to offer a prayer or say a few words, find me or Ratan Barua at the rally, or reply to this email or call me.   Thanks!
