I have a confession to make. I was not a big fan of American politics. But …
Last night's debate between Obama and Romney on foreign policy was really fascinating. I thought foreign policy was an area where many voters didn't feel entirely confident themselves, neither the two candidates. But It looked like I was wrong. Obama sounded much more confident, resolute and tough on this sector. May be he came with an obvious advantage, well, the biggest advantage of all: he was already so called "commander-in-chief". Romney pretty much agreed with Obama in lots of situations, did not come out as a visionary person, and rather looked confused to me on some issues. Obama landed more punches, and right after the debate CNN Polls showed Obama won in the final debate (48 – 40 margin)
☕ In my opinion, the best moment for Obama was ☛ the time when he retorted back to Mitt Romney's attack about the decreasing size of the U.S. military and navy : "We also have fewer horses and bayonets, we are not in 1950s... We have these things called aircraft carriers and planes land on them. We have these ships that go underwater, nuclear submarines"
