in that case just tell us who was the mastermind behind organizing
the Al-bodor Bahini ?  

Just explain, why Jamaate Islami was the only political party that 
had it's own's armed gestapo wing Albodor Bahini actively aiding
and abetting the Pak Army in the killing fields of occupied 
Bangladesh in 1971 !!!!!

Also, explain why the name of Islami Chattro Sangho's name
was changed to Islami Chattro Shibir when it resurfaced in 
Bangladesh during late ninteen seventies !!!!!

AKA Chokha Mia later joined the cabinet of H M Ershad as the land 
minister.... obviously, consistent with his 1971 activities].

Mr. Sarkar’s family connection would definitely be called to question for the sake of fairness.
 
The bottom line is that he needs to understand the difference between prosecution and persecution. The indiscriminate use of the slogans that he led to perpetuate created a confused and wrong expectation among young people who fail to realize that all Razakars cannot be put on trial just because they were Razakars! At the same time all Razakars would not get death sentence just because they were Razakars.
 
Criminals are criminals irrespective of their identity â€" a principle not being followed properly by BAL administration. The trial process at the ICT is flawed and transparency is questionable. These had been pointed out by more than one International entities. It is clear that ICT is politically motivated and has become quite controversial because it was
created without having a prior national political consensus to dispel any misconception about the motives behind the trials.
