Mr. Guha generally cherry picks his story based on religion. However this one is lacking some information.

First, Khadafy or Gaddafi was very anti-religion. He forced many changes and persecuted religious scholars (Like Saddam in Iraq).

He was a great example of dictator, who has done some good work in infrastructures but killed freedom of speech and freedom of religion.
