Ans: Yes, I have explained it logically, technically and rationally too.
About "plot", no body can say, what is inside your mind!

Ans: World Bank has listing of "Ineligible Firms & Individuals". WB has debarred many companies in USA, Australia, Canada, Turkey, Guatemala, Malaysia, Singapore, Nigeria, Kenya, India, Srilanka, Oman, Iraq and in many other countries.
The World Bank is currently undertaking an evaluation and review of its Sanctions System. That Sanctions System is an integral part of the Bank's Anti-Corruption policy in that it provides a framework for punishing corrupt contractors, thereby creating a deterrent to corruption.
Q: However, the actions taken by the WB was based on some sort of link to the corruption plot, the company involved in this matter is under investigation and banned for working any where in the world where The World Bank has committed funding.

(2) Transparency International and Transparency International-USA will be submitting written recommendations on substantive issues, we have two recommendations with respect to the consultation process:
· The Bank should promptly make available the internal diagnostic report, including all associated data. At the very least, a redacted version of the report with the data should be made available.

দূর্নীতির দায়ে বিশ্বব্যাংকের কালো তালিকায় থাকা সত্ত্বেও বহুল আলোচিত সমালোচিত প্রকৌশল ও নির্মাণ প্রতিষ্ঠান এসএনসি লাভালিন কানাডীয়ান সেনাবাহিনীর লোভনীয় প্রকল্পের কাজ পেয়েছে।
গত এপ্রিলে বিশ্বব্যাংক মন্ট্রিয়লভিত্তিক কানাডার বৃহত্তম নির্মাণ ও প্রকৌশল প্রতিষ্ঠান এসএনসি লাভালিনকে ১০ বছরের জন্য বিশ্বব্যাংকের সকল ধরনের প্রকল্পের কাজে অংশ গ্রহনের উপর নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করে। এর পরপরই কানাডীয়ান ডেভেলপমেন্ট এজেন্সীর (সিডা) ঘোষনা করেছিলো, দুর্নীতির দায়ে উন্নয়ন সংস্থা বিশ্বব্যাংকের নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপের কারনে এসএনসি লাভালিন কানাডা সরকারের কোনো প্রকল্পের কাজে অংশ নিতে পারবে না। কিন্তু গত সপ্তাহেই বিশ্বের বিভিন্নদেশে দায়িত্ব পালনরত কানাডীয়ান সেনাসদস্যদের সহায়তামূলক লোভনীয় একটি প্রকল্পের কাজ দেওয়া হয়েছে বিতর্কিত এই কোম্পানিটিকে। প্রায় ৪০০ মিলিয়ন ডলারের এই প্রকল্পটি পাঁচ বছরের জন্য হলেও এটি ১০ বছর পর্যন্ত সম্প্রসারনের বিধান রাখা হয়েছে চুক্তিতে।
কানাডার ডিপার্টমেন্ট অব ফরেন অ্যাফেয়ার্স ট্রেড অ্যান্ড অ্যান্ড ডেভেলপমেন্ট (ডিএফএটিডি) এর মুখপাত্র নিকোলাস ডোইরি বলেছেন, বিশ্বব্যাংক বা কোনো উন্নয়ন সংস্থা দুর্নীতির কারনে কোনো কোম্পানি বা সংস্থাকে কালো তালিকাভূক্ত করলে ওই কোম্পানি কানাডীয়ান সরকারের সহায়তাপুষ্ট কোনো প্রকল্পে অংশ নিতে পরবে না। বিশ্বব্যাংকের ঘোষনা অনুযায়ী এসএনসি লাভালিনের সহযোগি সংগঠন কালো তালিকাভূক্ত,সেই হিসেবে কোম্পানিটি এই দরপত্রে অংশ গ্রহনেরই যোগ্যতা রাখে না।
পদ্মাসেতুকে জড়িয়ে এসএনসি লাভালিনের কপালে যে কলংক তিলক একেঁ দিয়েছিলো বিশ্বব্যংক, তা মোচনের চমৎকার প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়ে গেছে। মার্কিনী কোম্পানির সঙ্গে অংশিদারিত্ব করে কানাডার সরকারি প্রকল্পের কাজ বাগিয়ে নিচ্ছে বিতর্কতি এই কোম্পানিটি। অথচ ঢাক ঢোল পিটিয়ে প্রচার করা হয়েছে ১০ বছরের জন্য কালো তালিকা ভূক্ত করেছে বিশ্বব্যাংক।

Some sorts of %sharing issues are already in the news medium, which the accused failed to say that is not true. The concerned people of BD is not in the job. In connection with the issues of bribing the BD officials by the company is under court hearing in Canada. We hope the court will say that the bribing issue is not true. It is better not to talk about it at this point in time as the WB will not stop funding any good project anywhere in the world and BD is not an exception. BD has created bad image on corruption for many years which we cannot erase over night. We cannot find people so easily who can stop corruption in days./years. I am sure the WB will negotiate with the relevant authority once the fact finding mission is complete.
