If you give a pearl necklace to a Monkey, it will rip it apart, and then scatter it around to have fun with it. If you really want the Monkey to enjoy the necklace by wearing it, you must train Monkey to do so before giving the pearl necklace to it.
BNP/Jamat also needs training in democratic norms before allowing then to practice and take part in democracy. Country gave them democratic right to hold hartal and demonstration, but no one gave them right to destroy public or personal properties in the name of democracy.
