Ambassador M. Ziauddin is a very close friend and an extremely competent diplomat. The Government could not have chosen a better diplomat for such an important post as that of our Ambassador to Washington. Unfortunately, the gentlemen who posted this message has, I am afraid , not even the faintest knowledge about presentation of credentials. The picture of Ambassador Ziauddin and his family was taken when he presented his credentials as part of US protocol for credentials ceremonies, no different from what his predecessor Ambassador Akramul Qader was given when he had presented his credentials to the same President and the same that all Ambassadors to USA from all countries of he world are given when they present their credentials. I am pretty much astounded at the ignorance of the gentlemen and can't believe that he would relate this ignorance of his to judge patriotism of those who interact in this forum. I think he owes an apology to other members of this forum who do not share his political affiliations whose patriotism he has questioned.
