Abid Bahar runs the BNP/Jamat falsehood factory in Canada. Since, BNP/Jamat has no valid ideological standing in politics, this party rely on communal politics. Rabindra Nath is one of their targets.
When there is no news, they make the news. Abid Bahar factory is generating volumes of those false documents in Canada.
Abid Bahar is a turn-coat mukti-joddhya, like Ziaur Rahman.

The need for primary and secondary schools for the Muslims and the financial factors are more believable for anyone to oppose the establishment of Dhaka University at that time. I can believe that Ashutosh Mukhopadhyay had a reason (financial) for opposing DU, but Rabindranath had no reason and he did not oppose the establishment of DU. A high standard university for educating an illiterate mass made no sense, and DU could not be a school for Muslims preferentially. Anyone who thinks honesty about my following questions would not have a problem seeing it:1. When Dhaka University was formed in 1921, was there any plan anywhere for the creation of Pakistan in 1947?2. There are several highly prestigious universities in the USA that are located at or near high black population areas. For example, the University of Chicago and Columbia University in New York City. How many percentages of the professors and students of these universities are black?3. Do you really think that if Dhaka University were to maintain the status of "the Oxford of the East", it would have served the local (mostly Muslim) population with much preference?4. From 1921 to 1947 which religious group had more professors and students at Dhaka University, Muslims or Hindus?5. If there was no Pakistan or if there was no displacement of Hindus from East Bengal from the 1940s to now, and if the university maintained high standard in terms of recruiting professors and admitting students based upon merit, which religious group would be dominating the academic circle of Dhaka University today, Muslims or Hindus?6. What is needed for the mass education of a population, a prestigious university or many schools (primary, secondary, higher secondary, etc.)?Let me conclude here by saying that there is no shortage of misbegotten people in Bangladesh. Just look, for example, at the level of love/friendliness for Pakistan in spite of the fact that their coward military men killed scores of unarmed intellectuals of Bangladesh even as they were about to surrender to the Indian military in 1971. So, the misbegotten kind will say whatever they want to say, but Rabindranath will remain as big in the world. Bangladesh is going down the ditch; false propaganda against the greatest Bangalee poet is only a minor factor in that journey to the 7th century.Sukhamaya Bain====================On Wednesday, May 13, 2015 11:23 PM, SyedAslam <syed.aslam3@gmail.com> wrote:
