জেনারেল আলী আহসান
মুজাহিদ। কেবলমাত্র
ভারতের ইচ্ছাকে
প্রাধান্য দিতে গিয়ে
যুক্তরাষ্ট্রসহ অন্য
দেশগুলোকে উপেক্ষা
করেই এই ফাঁসি দেয়া হয়
বলে সুত্র নিশ্চিত
করেছে।

থাকা সশস্ত্র বাহিনীর
সাথে দেশপ্রেমিক
শক্তির এক দ্বন্দ্ব
শুরু হয় দিবস পালন
নিয়ে। কিন্তু সরকারের
কাছে বিরুপ বার্তা
পৌঁছে গেলে সরকার পিছু
হটে। তারা দেখা
সাক্ষাতের বাহানায়
পেছাতে থাকে সময়। তবে
বিএনপির একটি কৌশলগত
সাংবাদিক সম্মেলন করা
ছাড়া শীর্ষ নেতৃত্বের
অদৃশ্য কারনে চুপ থাকায়
জাতীয়তাবাদী, ইসলামী ও
দেশপ্রেমিক শক্তি
বিস্মিত ও বিক্ষুব্ধ
হয়ে পড়ে।
রাত
১২টা ৪৫ মিনিটে তাদের
ফাঁসির দড়িতে ঝুলিয়ে এই
হত্যাকাণ্ড সম্পন্ন
হয়। রাত ৮টার
কিছুক্ষণ আগে কারা
অধিদপ্তরের অতিরিক্ত
মহাপরিদর্শক কর্নেল
ফজলুল কবির ঢাকা
কেন্দ্রীয় কারাগারে
ঢোকার পরই তৎপরতা বেড়ে
যায়।এরপর কারা
কর্তৃপক্ষ সালাউদ্দিন
কাদের ও মুজাহিদের
পরিবারকে দেখা করতে
ডেকে পাঠালে কারা
অভ্যন্তরের দৃশ্যপট
পাল্টে
যায়। কারাগারের
ভেতরে উচ্চক্ষমতা
সম্পন্ন বৈদ্যুতিক
বাতিগুলো জ্বলে উঠে,
কারারক্ষীদের
ছোটাছুটিও শুরু
হয়। কারাগারসহ
আশেপাশের এলাকা
আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর
বেষ্টনীর মধ্যে নেওয়া
হয়। কারাগারের সামনের
সড়কে যানচলাচল বন্ধ করে
দেওয়া হয়।পুলিশ, র্যাব
ও বিজিবি অবস্থান নেয়
কারাগারের আশেপাশের
উঁচু ভবনে। বিভিন্ন
বাহিনীর পোশাকধারী ও
সাদা পোশাকের সদস্য এবং
দালাল মিডিয়াগুলোর
সংবাদকর্মী ছাড়া
কারাগারের আশেপাশে আর
কাউকে অবস্থান করতে
দেওয়া হয়নি সে
সময়।
রাষ্ট্রীয়
পৃষ্ঠপোষকতায়
সালাহউদ্দিন কাদের
চৌধুরী ও আলী আহসান
মুজাহিদকে যেভাবে
হত্যা করা হল, তা ভারতের
ইচ্ছাকে প্রাধান্য
দিতেই হয়েছে বলে সুত্র

করলেও ভারতের ইচ্ছার

কোন পদক্ষেপ নিয়ে
বিচারিক হত্যাকে
ঠেকাতে ব্যর্থ হয়।
ইতিমধ্যেই
নিরাপত্তা বিশ্লেষকগণ
আশংকা প্রকাশ করেছেন যে
যেভাবে দেশপ্রেমিক
শক্তিকে ভারতীয়
নীলনকশা মোতাবেক হত্যা
করা হল ধারাবাহিকভাবে
এতে বিক্ষুব্ধ জাতির
একটি অংশ নিজেদের
মুক্তির জন্য
জঙ্গিবাদের দিকে ঝুকে
পড়তে পারে। সেটি হলে তা
হবে উপমহাদেশের জন্য
ভয়ংকর এক ভবিষ্যৎ। এতে
পুরো জাতি অনিরাপদ হয়ে
পড়বে এবং হাজার হাজার
ভারতীয় পক্ষের মানুষ
আচমকাই টার্গেটে
পরিনত হতে পারেন বলে
আশংকা করা হচ্ছে।
