You have said " Jamal is out to create Fitna"  ?????? How ?

Just describe what was the first Fitna in Islam?

I have no problem with Islam as a belief system in my life.
I am very concerned with the abuse of Islam by some criminals
masquerading as a Muslims......!!!! 

We should clean our houses first ....... the enemies within are 
more dangerous then the open enemies of Islam.

We should remember that Self-criticism can be a 
helpful aspect of self-improvement,

Of course there are " child sexual abuse" and many other
obnoxious crimes under the cover of religion in other
societies  ..... that does not justify such crimes within
our Islamic societies. 

As I have said before "We do not have to  give 
"blank checks" to the criminals. just because, they 
come with "religious masks" !!!!!    এ ব্যাপারে ইসলামের শিক্ষা কী ? "

BTW, what's your thoughts about the Pir system as it is practice in  
our Bangladesh .... especially the " গদ্দিনশীন Pirs in Bangladesh 
"ইসলাম ধর্ম বান্দা ও আল্লাহর মাঝখানে মাধ্যম হিসেবে কাউকে চায় না। 
পীর, গদ্দিনশীন পীর ও মাজার কেউই ইসলাম ধর্মানুসারে কোন ব্যক্তিকে

What do think ? Have you ever condemned these un-Islamic practices perpetuated 
under the cover of Islam ????

What the man in New York mosque has done is very bad and should be punished but it is nothing to talk about in this forum. I firmly believe that men who molest and sexually violate should be punished and my personal view is incarcerate them for a long time but this Jamal man is surely busy just reporting the offences committed by Muslims. As if it is not done in other places and people. The catholic church is reeling with accusations of child sexual abuse and I just read somewhere that in Hinduism, lower caste women were prohibited from covering their chest so upper caste could goggle, if a woman dared to cover herself, she was beaten and imposed " Breast Tax". This practice was rampant in India till Islam came.  Contrast that with Islam - encourages women to wear decent clothes. Islam tries to keep people in the right path, but we people are sinners and commit mistakes.
Even animals don't devour their own. I think this man Jamal is out to create Fitna. We shouldn't let him. I think I will be blocking his mails. I have no time to read rubbish. I may spend that time by reading some of Stephen Hawkins latest books. Yes, he talks about evolution but with what class! not cheap and tacky like Jamal and co ( there are a few other inhumans who regularly pour venom).

As a matter of fact the incident shows who, in reality,
"humiliate the muslim"...Do you like to put these types of 
heinous occurrences under the rugs........?
 
Lots crimes and misdeeds are done by the criminals 
with "Izlamic lebash" and must be exposed ........!

Who is this khan? Is it his fake name? There millions of sexual abuse and assault happening in churches/temples and various religious institutions. Certainly it must be condemned n perpetrators must be punished. 

However, I agree with Rezaul Karim Bhai, apparent intention of Mr. Khan is to humiliate the muslim, though he is using muslim name. It's not the first time he has done it. Therefore, I have a doubt, whether he is truly a Muslim?

ধর্ম শিখতে আসা নয়বছর বয়সী এক স্কুলছাত্রীর সঙ্গে যৌন অসদাচরণের অভিযোগে নিউ ইয়র্কের এক মসজিদের বাংলাদেশি মুয়াজ্জিনকে গ্রেপ্তার করেছে পুলিশ।  

গ্রেপ্তার মোহাম্মদ রানা (৪৬) বাংলাদেশি অধ্যুষিত জ্যাকসন হাইটসের কাছে আবু হুরায়রা মসজিদের মুয়াজ্জিনের চাকরির পাশাপাশি স্থানীয় শিশুদের আরবি ও ইসলাম ধর্মের শিক্ষা দিয়ে আসছিলেন।

কুইন্স ডিস্ট্রিক্ট অ্যাটর্নির কার্যালয়ের একজন কর্মকর্তা বিডিনিউজ টোয়েন্টিফোর ডটকমকে জানান, ওই শিশুটি গত মঙ্গলবার তার স্কুলের অ্যাসেম্বলির সময় 'গুড টাচ/ব্যাড টাচ' শিরোনামে একটি পাপেট শো দেখে তার আরবি শিক্ষকের অসদাচরণের বিষয়টি বুঝতে পেরে স্কুল কর্তৃপক্ষকে বিষয়টি জানায়। 

এরপর স্কুল কর্তৃপক্ষ বিষয়টি পুলিশকে জানালে নিউ ইয়র্ক সিটি পুলিশ ডিপার্টমেন্টের কুইন্স শিশু নির্যাতন স্কোয়াড তদন্তের দায়িত্ব নেয়।

অভিযোগের প্রাথমিক সত্যতা পাওয়ায় ওইদিনই রানাকে গ্রেপ্তার করে পুলিশ। শিশুর ওপর যৌন নিপীড়ন ও নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘনের অভিযোগে তার বিরুদ্ধে মামলাও দায়ের করা হয়।   

২৫ হাজার ডলারের মুচলেকায় পরদিন রানার জামিন হলেও নগদ অর্থ সংগ্রহ করতে না পারায় তার মুক্তি হয়নি বলে স্বজনরা জানিয়েছেন।

পরবর্তী শুনানির জন্য ২৬ ফেব্রুয়ারি তাকে কুইন্স ক্রিমিনাল কোর্টে হাজির করার কথা রয়েছে।

কুইন্স ডিস্ট্রিক্ট অ্যাটর্নি রিচার্ড এ ব্রাউন বিডিনিউজ টোয়েন্টিফোর ডটকমকে বলেন, "ওই ব্যক্তি মসজিদে শিশু-কিশোরদের ধর্মীয় শিক্ষা দেওয়ার নামে তার ওপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের অপব্যবহার করেছেন, শিক্ষকতার পবিত্র দায়িত্বকে প্রশ্নবিদ্ধ করেছেন বলে অভিযোগে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে, যা গুরুতর অপরাধ।"

রানা গত সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে বিভিন্ন সময়ে ক্লাস চলাকালে শিশুটির গায়ে হাত দেওয়াসহ বিভিন্নভাবে যৌন অসদাচরণ করে আসছিলেন বলে মামলায় উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে। 

অভিযোগ প্রমাণিত হলে মোহাম্মদ রানার সর্বোচ্চ ৭ বছরের কারাদণ্ড হতে পারে।

স্কুল ছুটির পর সোম, মঙ্গল, বুধ ও বৃহস্পতিবার বিকাল সাড়ে ৪টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৭টা পর্যন্ত ওই মসজিদে শিশু-কিশোরদের আরবি ও ধর্ম শিক্ষার ক্লাস নেওয়া হয়।

মসজিদের একজন কর্মকর্তা বিডিনিউজ টোয়েন্টিফোর ডটকমকে জানান, অভিযোগকারী শিশুর মা গত বুধবার বিষয়টি মসজিদের ইমামকে জানালে, তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে রানাকে শিক্ষকতার দায়িত্ব থেকে সরিয়ে নেওয়া হয়।

মুয়াজ্জিন রানার মতো ওই শিশুটির বাবা-মাও প্রবাসী বাংলাদেশি।
