In the Rohingya ethnic cleansing serials, in this episode, kids, babies, women and thousands of Rohingya have been mass-killed ! The hundreds of thousands of Rohingya were uprooted from their birth land and made baggers and refugees overnights !!
Bangladesh government's lack of strong positions and lack of effective actions for the safeguard of Rohingya people and for the preventions of spill over effects on Bangladesh, have made it possible for Burma to commit such atrocities with impunity !!!
This has not happened all of a sudden. This has been happening over and over again for years and have intensified in last 7/8 years while Bangladesh government slept at the wheel paying only lip service. Whenever Hindus are persecuted anywhere in the world, India speaks up vociferously and rightfully. Whenever Christians are targeted, US/EU take actions, rightfully. But no such actions were offered by Bangladesh thus far.
But since Bangladesh govt has not had any strong position on Burma, coupled will threat of repercussion such as filing cases in ICC, calling for sanction on Burma in all international institutions, Burma was left to continue its policy of ethnic cleansing , causing havoc in Bangladesh as the affects of such atrocities are mostly born out by Bangladesh, not to mention the responsibility for the humanity for these Rohingya people to whom Chittagong shares cultural and linguistic similarity .
Had Bangladesh stood up from the beginning, to protect our own interests and to protect the Rohingya people in Burma for the sake of humanity, Burma would NOT HAD FREE REIGN to commit atrocities. Had Bangladesh took Burma to ICC or UNHRC and asked for sanction, building of world opinion in collaboration with the internationals human rights organizations, Burma would have not continued such mass genocide !!
Since Burma virtually had no real oppositions against its policy of ethnic cleansing, it had no qualm in committing such crime against humanity.
In that sense, Bangladesh shrinking from its commitment of standing up for Rohingya and protection of the interests of Bangladesh, Bangladesh has had its share of the blames for allowing such atrocities. Had Bangladesh took a strong position on Burna and not beholden to order from India, may be these many Rohingya not been killed in wholesale manner.
বছরের পর বছর এই বাকশালী সরকার বিশ্বের বড় বড় দেশের কাঁধে দায় চাপিয়ে, দোষ চাপিয়েই সাড়া !! যেন তাদের দায় আমাদের সমস্যা সমাধান করা !! একই ভাবে ভাঙ্গা রেকর্ড কূটনৈতিকভাবে সমাধান করবে বলে যায় বছরের পর বছর !! আর অন্যদিকে প্রতিবছর রোহিংগাদের গণ হত্যা করেই চলছে বর্মা ! রোহিংগারা স্রোতের মতো প্রতি বছর বাংলাদেশে আশ্রয় নিতে বাধ্য হচ্ছে প্রতি বছর !! এবারও সরকারের একই "কূটনীতিক ভাবে সমাধানের " ভাঙ্গা রেকর্ড বাজাচ্ছে !!
