These quotes contradict each other. The purpose of implementing age
restrictions are to prevent unsuitable youngsters to view it. whether
u like it or not people have social needs.

comparing civilisation/society down fall is something very different
to TV channels. If you now anything about history or have read
anything that is historical (this does not include the Q'uran). You
will know that civilisations most darkest moments were when religious
beliefs are ruthlessly imposed.
i.e I presume you are aware of the great middle eastern Muslim empire
at one time it flourished due to the fact that it progressed in
essential areas such as maths... one influential leader announced
the "ummah" (excuse me if i have not got the term right) which made
progressing in these areas slower and other civilisations out
performing them.
