[ALOCHONA] Re: Bangladesh is a Model Country for Women's right !!!!

Manik is so desperate that he forwarded this probably without reading! Manik:

1. Amrican deshe ashle maneh na je desh daroon
2. Maje maje ora ashe amader latest paglami bhujthe.

So in this article the Yanks are coming to:

1. meet officals
2. promote US policies
3. to engage with government officials
4. bring up child marriage, human trafficking, violence against women
5. apply conditions to US aid.

Sadly the award of a crest to Madam is nowhere in this article.

Sadder still, Bangladesh hits the headlines regularly for violence against women and children by men who believe that they are within their rights.

Bangladesh is not 'a model country' for women's right. We maybe a model compared to Afghanistan or Pakistan - but thats hardly being ambitious!
