Our Police always serve their master the ruling party, they never work for the people. Since Pakistan time most demonstrators were killed by  Bangali Police even on 21st Feb1952 it
was Bangali Police who killed Salam, Rafiq, Barkat, Jabbar. No police was punished ever for killing demonstrastors who exercised their universal right of freedom of expression.
They are obedient servant of the government(not the people)and never refuse to kill or brutalize the people to earn the trust of the ruling party. This is an
unique charectristic of Bangali Police. When our Police become  'Peoples Police', situation will change dramatically, otherwise they will remain as tool of repression by any political
government. Police should have independent power to execute without any interference from the Home Ministry. Can we do that ?

Mr. Mohiuddin Anwar,
Police Brutality is NOT acceptable period. What Police allegedly did in Noakhali is criminal and must be investigated and action must be taken against the responsible ones AND if I recall, action was taken against the responsible police members. But again Mr. Dhamad Mia, your posting is always one-sided. Where were you when Police regularly used to beat up then opposition AL leaders (including ex Home minister Nasim, Motia Chowdhury, Bahauddin Nasim, Haji Selim, and other AL leaders)? Where were you when MALE police used to beatup female members of AL and accuse them of being prostitute during 2001-2006 for attending AL rally? where were you during 'joj mia' drama? where were you when Police killed 12 farmers for demanding fare price of fertilizer? where were you when Babor/Tarek/Nijami was running Police department like a mafia circle (2001-2006)? I can go on and on.... Like I said before, you are a one-eyed man with excessive obsession of AL hatred and that does not make you acceptable in general though you may get some self gratification seeing your posts here regularly!!!! End result NOTHING... absolutely NOTHING old man! You change no one's mind with the inflated bogus story from the Daily Diginto (Razakar Saidee's news paper or Amar Desh of Mahbubur Rahman); though I am not denying these particular news about the incident in Noakhali.
