For Geo-political reasons Egypt has to maintain some sort of relationship with Iran but it is VERY unlikely they will work against the USA. Most Egyptians are lot more comfortable with the USA than other countries.
President Mursi stayed in the US for a good part of his life and I am confident that, he would work with the US rather than going against it.
