Also there are incidents in history of women leading. For a brief period, Sultana Razia ruled the sub-continent as well. Which indicates there are some differences of opinion on this issue among scholars. However it is fair to say most scholars do not object women being leaders but prefer men to be their "Head of state".
If this was a strict instruction, it would have been impossible to elect Benazir Bhutto from Pakistan, Sheikh Hasina and Khaleda Zia from Bangladesh to be leaders of the country.

If you STUDY my post carefully, you will find THE PEOPLE of the country are mostly SO CALLED MUSLIM without following Islam at all but use Islamic terms to do politics. Such as, illiterate Khaleda Zia is crying crocodile tears for Islam in a "Democratic Country" to protect ISLAM! Very ridiculous. Followers/protectors of this kind of hypocrites (Munafeq) are also enemy of both Islam and Democracy.
