To understand and appreciate atheism, Ms. Majid would need to read a lot more than she has. For example, if one reads the Old Testament carefully, (s)he is likely to find out that God of Abraham is neither omniscient, nor omnipotent. When God advised Abraham to go to Canaan, he did not know that a famine was raging in the place, so Abraham got annoyed with God and left for Egypt without even seeking his consent! If God were so omnipotent, why wouldn't he deliver Egypt to Abraham or even Moses? Such questions can be raised if the reader goes through any religious literature with a clear mind. The moral level of an atheist is way above that of a believer; an atheist wouldn't do anything immoral on the command of his leader. My conclusion is her father was more righteous than she is.

I really hate these new atheists and their boorish, uncivilized, culturally imbecile assault on Islam. By all definitions they are, as Glenn Greenwald has shown, the worst kind of racists. They create a fount of racial hatred which supplies nourishment to the Islamists and Jehadists whose violent actions further victimize more Muslims.
