I need to clarify one thong. I am in no way connected with Unity Council. I simply expressed my opinion. What I have said should be true for any human rights organization.

Unity Council is a specialized human rights organizations. As the name implies, it should have members from religious minorities. This in no way implies that it is anti-Muslim organization. I don't think the Unity Council will object to a Muslim joining the rallies organized by it. I can support a women's rights organization without becoming a member of the organization. I don't understand how Mr. Rahman smells religious riot in the activity of the Unity Council.

Sadly the unity council is presenting the whole situation as some kind of "Religious riot". I am afraid politics has more to do with it. If we feel we need "President Obama" is solve our issues, we should include the "Biggest issue" of all, our political "Deadlock" in Bangaldesh.
