Re: [mukto-mona] feed2dog

You are right about - North Korean system; it will work just fine in Bangladesh to stop corruption and political unruliness. Actually, Bongabondhu was right also to introduced one-party rule at the beginning. I wish he could rule for 10 more years with his one-party rule; Bangladesh would have been ready for democracy now.

>>>>>>>> This is a rare moment when an admirer of Rush Limbaugh (US republican party) endorsed "North Korean system"!!

Also endorses "One party system".

I'll just say that, Late Skeikh Mujibur Rahman became "Bangabandhu" when he endorsed democracy and voting rights for our people. Almost all of our population supported him during election held on 1970 and later on 71. Historians and critics are very divided about his idea of Bakshal and even BAL do not promote another "Bakshal" era in Bangladeshi political arena.

Remember Bangabandhu was assassinated during Bakshal era and with no valid political opposition.

I do not wish to comment on our politics right now but in the long run we have to have solid democratic system. We need good political parties to work as "Balancing factor" to empower our democratic platform. We do not have long democratic heritage of India and other western nations. We are still relatively new to this concept (As even educated people are BLIND to their favorite parties) but over time, we'll overcome this "Frozen brain" generation and we'll be ready to support good contributions from ANY political parties.

Shalom!

You are right on, Saif!

Problem with Bangladesh is - its democratic system; democracy among mostly ignorant, uneducated, and under-educated people, who love to spend most of their lives worrying about religion and afterlife. They have no time to think about what's good for the country.

I do not think - such people will pay attention to your warnings about the future of the country. You need to force-feed them anything good, just like mothers do to their children. Democratic system is really not for such populace.

In 1966 Pakistan was on the way to become a economic power house- instead the rogue elements in ISI were busy propping Islamic extremists in Afganistan with disasterous and devastating consequences for their own country. The Stupid party in Bangladesh is exactly engaged in the same Mischief making--a complete prescription for disaster and a great tragedy in the making which will endanger our security. A siege mentality gives up all the opportunity to enemy. They have the luxury to choose, when to attack, where to attack and how. This state sponsored mischief gives the enemy all the advantages and opportunities and will put Bangladesh in the Mother of all Trouble. Sheikh Hasina government must execute the verdict of the high court following the example of North Korea's exemplary punishment—the convicts should be fed to the hungry dogs. As a matter of fact, to stop corruption in Bangladesh, the court should prescribe the death by 'Feed-2-Dogs' method. This will stop the mother of all evil--the corruption.
