Allegation of 10 trucks and allegation of 'Razakarship' are two different delegation or are two different counts, and therefore, one can be tried for them separately at the same time. In the Jamat's case as party and on personal case for all Jamat members the counts or allegations are same. One can not get judgement on the same counts twice per present law.
Anisul Houque was saying about two cases on the same allegation or counts. Present law is not enough without further ratification, you idiot!
You should ask or create another 'so-called' Jonotar Moncho for ratification of present law so that one can be charged as many times as necessary for the same counts or allegations until a satisfactory results can be achieved per your wishes.
