CONGRATULATIONS to the 2015 Scripps National Spelling Bee CO-CHAMPIONS

Congratulations, Vanya Shivashankar and Gokul Venkatachalam on winning The National Spelling Bee!!

 

 

The 2014 MetLife South Asian Spelling Bee winner Gokul Venkatachalam  and The 2014 MetLife South Asian Spelling Bee Runner-Up Vanya Shivashankar were crowned the co-champions of the Scripps National Spelling Bee holding one side of the golden trophy while they were showered with confetti.  

It was a sight to see these ‪South Asian Spelling Bee alumna‬ being declared co-champions. So very proud of these spellers!
