During our great liberation war , defected Bengali officers and soldiers were welcome to join the war . Unfortunately there were no selection process . Some die-hard anti-Indian Bengali officer took that advantage to join the war . Ziaur Rahman was on top of them . If he was a real freedom fighter , then he wouldn't appoint notorious anti-liberation element Shah Aziz as PM of Bangladesh . Not only Shah Aziz , another heinous razakar Abdul Alim was a minister in Zia's cabinet . Their appointments were slap on the face of our great liberation .
Bengali officers who fought gallantly against India in 1965 , were in love with the united Pakistan . They didn't want Pakistan to be divided . To fulfill that mission some of them , like Zia participated the war as an agent of ISI . Others like MM Alam , the famous Air force pilot of '65 war didn't participate in our liberation war . Rather he served Pak air force till his death with hatred against the Independence of Bangladesh . Both Zia and Alam got highest military award in '65 war .
"During the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965, Ziaur Rahman made his mark as a valiant fighter whilst serving in the Khemkaran sector in Punjab as the commander of a company unit of 300–500 soldiers. The sector was the scene of the most intense battles between the rival armies. Zia's unit won one of the highest numbers of gallantry awards for heroic performances. Ziaur Rahman himself won the distinguished and prestigious Hilal-e-Jurat[10] (Crescent of Courage) medal, Pakistan's second highest military award, and his unit won 2 Sitara-e-Jurat (Star of Courage) medals, the third highest military award, and 9 Tamgha-e-Jurat (Medal of Courage) medals, fourth highest award, from the Army for their brave roles in the 1965 War with India. " .
Since the war of 1965 , Zia's mind and soul was for Pakistan . His participation in our liberation war was a well planned ISI agenda which he did successfully . His double role in our great liberation war will amaze the movie makers of James Bond .
ZIAUR RAHMAN WILL BE REMEMBERED IN OUR HISTORY AS A GREATEST TRAITOR , HIS PATRIOTISM FOR PAKISTAN SHOULD BE WRITTEN IN GOLDEN LETTERS !!
