Mahmudur Rahman harassed in Dhaka while leaving for Hajj

Mahmudur Rahman left for Hajj today as one of the 60 guests on
invitation of Saudi Badsha. Yet the Dhaka airport officials detained
him at the security area of the airport for an hour, until Saudi
Ambassador to Bangladesh personally inquired about him. This
harassment by the govt must be condemned, as his recent internment and
torture by the govt on false charges was strongly condemned throughout
the country and abroad.
