Pirs/Sufis are aberration of Islam; Hefazot is structurally a similar organization; it is run by an Amir or something like this, if I am not mistaken, which is an aberration of Islamic tenets also.

And they are right about it. However in sub-continent most people do not speak Arabic. So they generally go to pirs, teachers, alims, madrassa to learn about religion.
Islam says, one should not take money for teaching religion. Genuine religious teachers, pirs, alims do not ask for money or favors in return of Islamic knowledge. Some "Fake/bhondo" people do and they are "Aberration of Islamic tenets".
So I have to thank you for making an effort to search for truth.

Nope, whoever done this went through a lot of trouble and shared it.
I do not think "ALL pirs are bad" but I have no reason think there are many who abuse Islam. As far as I am concern, I don't think it is violating any ethics.
If some of these video are fake, that may be punishable but not good once.
